User Terms:

These terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") govern how users or visitors (the "Users") access the platform www.jyffit.com and any related websites or mobile applications (the "Platform"), which is owned and controlled by Jyffit Technology Services LLC.

Users may use the Platform to obtain Jyffit Services (defined below) from either third-party delivery companies registered with the Platform ("3rd Party Delivery Partners") or individual or self-employed riders registered with the Platform ("Self-Employed Partners"), both of which are referred to collectively as "Delivery Partners."

Before using the Platform, registering on the Platform, or accessing any material or information through the Platform, users should carefully read the Terms of Use. Users acknowledge these Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound by them by continuing to use the Platform or accepting these Terms of Use when registering an Account. Regardless of the foregoing, Jyffit will notify Users of any changes to these Terms of Service on an annual basis.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Platform and the Jyffit Services in exchange for accepting all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as any amendments made by Jyffit at its sole discretion and posted on the Platform from time to time.

Registration:

Users are granted a specific, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access the Platform and utilize Jyffit Services, subject to acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices outlined in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Users must register on the Platform, creating an Account with a unique user identification and password.

Personal Information:

Upon registration, users must provide accurate personal information, including name, email address, and a valid phone number. Jyffit may verify this information through a verification procedure. Providing false information may result in the permanent suspension of the user's Account.

 

Account Responsibility:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account information, promptly reporting any unauthorized use, and ensuring logout after each session. Jyffit is not liable for losses resulting from the user's failure to comply with these responsibilities.

 

Location-Based Data:

When users request Jyffit Services via a mobile device, Jyffit may use location-based data obtained from the global positioning system (GPS) to enhance service provision.

 

Intellectual Property Rights:

All rights to the Platform and its content are owned or licensed to Jyffit. Users may use Platform information for personal, non-commercial purposes. Jyffit disclaims liability for inaccuracies in material on the Platform and retains the right to update or correct errors.

 

Third-Party Sites Links:

Jyffit may provide links to third-party websites for users' convenience, but Jyffit has no control over these sites and disclaims responsibility for their content. Users are encouraged to read third-party sites' terms and conditions and privacy policies.

 

Termination:

Jyffit reserves the right to revoke access to the Platform for any reason, with or without notice, to protect its interests or other users.

 

Confidentiality:

Users agree not to disclose any information obtained from Jyffit, maintaining confidentiality to prevent harm to Jyffit's operations.

 

Disclaimer:

Jyffit disclaims all warranties for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on the Platform. Users access information at their own risk, and Jyffit is not responsible for any damages resulting from its use.

 

Your Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

Users and customers accept these terms by submitting a Consignment to the Service Provider, extending to anyone Jyffit uses or contracts for service provision.

 

Your Obligations:

Customers affirm accuracy of Consignment details, comply with applicable laws, and recognize that Jyffit disclaims liability for transporting Valuables.

 

Rejected Consignments:

Customers are responsible for fees associated with Consignment rejection, and Jyffit disclaims responsibility for Consignment contents.

 

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Jyffit disclaims responsibility for the Service Provider's vehicles and drivers, emphasizing their independence.

 

Customer Obligations:

Customers accept terms, agree to Jyffit collecting fees through the Platform, and recognize Jyffit's role as a technology provider, not a transportation carrier.

 

General Terms and Conditions:

This Agreement supersedes prior agreements. Maximum liability to the Service Provider is limited, and the Service Provider grants consent for Jyffit to access, use, or share necessary data.

 

Service Provider's Obligations:

The Service Provider must adhere to this Agreement, applicable laws, and ensure Services align with Jyffit's commercial objectives. The Service Provider is responsible for drivers, their behavior, and maintaining active mobile phones during service.

 

Promotional Offers:

Jyffit reserves the right to decide on promotional offers, and the Service Provider must comply with these decisions.

 

Driver Phone Accessibility:

Drivers' phones must be reachable before pickup, and prolonged unavailability may result in payment deductions.
